HOW TO ORDER: You can order through our online shop using the wholesale codes (which we will email you) to place your order or you can email us a list of quotes and the size driftwood you want them on. Payment for orders must be received before the order is shipped.
STOCK: All orders are made to order. Whether it is one of our stock quotes or a specialized quote you send to us.
WHOLESALE PRICING: All prices are listed in INR. All authorized retailers will receive 15% off the MSRP. Shipping paid by buyer.
OPENING ORDERS: A minimum order of 10 qty of subsequent product is required on opening orders.
RE-ORDERS: A minimum order of 10 qty subsequent is required on re-orders.
CHANGES TO ORDERS: Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to within 48 hours.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Quotes on within 1st hrs. of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 2 days after receipt. Please proofread the spelling on your quotes. We are not responsible for misspelled words or names on personalized quotes.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES: Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
