Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Except for Delhi and NCR Area. The below price are applicable only for the Rest of the India Location. 

 * Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses pin code approved by the courier company. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

GST Taxes

The invoice value includes the GST of the products. Only Courier Charges are extra if applicable.

Damages

Our Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Open Delivery Policy 

Open Delivery Policy is only applicable in Delhi and Delhi NCR region. 

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the India.

Return & Exchange Policy

This Product is Not Refundable.

Replacement policy 

  • If you have received the product with any manufacturing fault or the product with any electronics deficiency within 7 calendar days to claim replacement an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

  • Your item must be in the original packaging. 

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your return after inspecting the item.

  •  If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement to your address.

  • You will receive the replacement within a certain amount of days, depending on the courier company approved pin code.

Damage  Policy 

There is no replacement policy applies if the product is received in damaged condition.
